Silver Variegated

What kind of plant is this?

I bought a plant with Green Leaves and purple variety that emerged from the tendrils that are very flexible and are also green and purple. The green leaves are silver in the sunlight. There was no label on the plant and its employees do not know what it was ... help? I want to know how to care adequately for it!
