Orange Bird

Widely distributed in all tropical and warm regions of the world, pelicans are birds of ancient lineage. In large heavy birds are not very adept at getting themselves in the air but once this is achieved, are powerful fliers.
The white pelican is Pelecanus onocrotalus in southeastern Europe, Africa and Asia and is typical of most species. Thousands of brown pelicans Pelecanus occidentalis nest in colonies on the coast of Peru where his guano or bird droppings are collected and used as fertilizer.
The pelicans are excellent fishermen. Their tactics vary depending on species and where fisheries. The brown pelicans fall from heaven on fish, caught in enormous pouched bills, which serve as fishing nets. Other species, whether fishing in open water, sometimes together at some distance from the coast and themselves in a semicircle. Then, swim with military precision, beat the water with their wings to drive the fish towards the shore until then while his invoices immersion in water to collect fish, repeating the motion over and over again in perfect synchronization.
Most species of pelicans nest on the floor, on the island or in the swamp - where fishing is plentiful. Their nests are more or less together and newborn chicks are very small, only about 3 inches in (75 mm) long and rather helpless. Both parents about the tactics the task of feeding the young until the chicks are strong enough to learn to push their heads in bags of adults to feed.
The valuable guano from Brown Pelican offers a solid economic reason for their continued protection and population in most areas is fairly stable. Several other species of pelicans, however, including the white pelican used to be quite widespread in Europe, but its scope has been reduced to a fraction of what was a century ago, and the only colonies are now widespread in the Danube delta. The reason for this decline is that the white pelicans are very vulnerable to human disturbance-intruder can easily cause a colony to abandon their nests, and are very susceptible predators. Another factor, possibly the most important is that the available habitat has declined dramatically in the last century, undisturbed marshes and reedbeds and lakes with adequate supplies of fish have disappeared too quickly. There are three groups of white swans. The Swan Cygnus olor, found only in the Old World and has the Bright Orange beak, is the real bird in England and other northern European countries and was once served at medieval banquets. The smallest species is known in Europe as Bewick's Swan Cygnus columbianus (after the English naturalist and illustrator) and North America as the Whistling Swan (due to noise wings in flight). The largest of the swans is the species known in America as the trumpeter swan, and in Europe as the Whooper Swan. As its name implies, this species is often vocal in flight.

Name of a black bird (about the size of small chicken) with a Bright Yellow beak and orange?
This bird was beautiful and ate my Chile Pepper in my tree in my garden when I lived in Australia. Anybody know what bird might have seen? Sorry, I forgot to mention that the feathers are black, like the rainbow of colors in the sunlight ... if it helps looks something like a crow ... but defo not a raven and not a land bird, definitely flies ...
The bird described is seen in Britain and is a migratory bird and travel to most countries, including Australia and will in large flocks. It would be the European starling.
