Seafood salad not only delicious, but also delicious. Here are some of the most beloved seafood salads:
1. Waldorf Salad Tuna
Ingredients:
 • 1 Large Red apple (chopped)
 • 2 oz six cans of white tuna (water filled light, flaked, drained)
 • 1 / 3 c celery (chopped)
 • 1 / 3 c dates (chopped)
 • 1 / 3 c raisins
• Â ¼ cup nuts (chopped)
 •  ¼ c mayonnaise (reduced fat)
 • ½ c yogurt (plain, nonfat)
• Â ¼ cup Monterey Jack cheese (reduced-fat cheese)
Procedure:
1. In a large bowl, mix apples, tuna, raisins, celery, walnuts and dates.
2. Combine the mayonnaise with yogurt.
3. Add this to the tuna mixture.
4. Browse around to coat.
5. Align their plates with the lettuce and place the salad on top.
6. Sprinkle cheese over salad.
Servings: This is good for 4 servings.
2. Seafood Pea-Asta Salad
Ingredients:
 •  ¼ c salad dressing (Italian style)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
 • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
 • 8 oz fusilli pasta
 • 2 c black-Eyed Peas (drained, rinse)
 • 1 crab c
 •  ½ c green pepper (chopped)
 • 1 c broccoli florets (par-boiled)
• Â ¼ cup green onions (chopped)
 •  ½ c tomatoes (chopped)
Procedure:
1. Use a pot large salt and boil.
2. Add the pasta.
3. Cook as directed on package.
4. Wash, drain and set aside.
5. Using a large bowl, combine Italian dressing, mayonnaise and cheese.
6. Mix well.
7. Add pasta, peas, broccoli, crab meat, onion and tomato.
8. Mix gently until well blended.
9. Cover the salad and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Servings: This is good for 6 servings.
3. Special Tuna
Ingredients:
 • 1 C peas (frozen, thawed)
 • 1 six ounces canned tuna (flaked, drained)
  • ½ cup celery (chopped)
 • 1 / 3 c mayonnaise
 •  ¼ c onion (cut into slices)
 • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
 • 1 / 8 tsp curry powder
 •  ½ teaspoon sauce soybean
 • 2 tablespoons almonds (slivered, toasted)
 • 1 pinch garlic powder
 • Lettuce leaves
 • 1 c Chow Mein noodles
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, stir in peas, tuna, onions and celery.
2. In another bowl, mix the juice lemon, mayonnaise, garlic powder, curry powder and soy sauce.
3. Stir the mixture into second place with the tuna mixture.
4. Add almonds and covered with noodles.
5. You can serve with the lettuce.
Servings: This is good for 2 servings.
4. Linguine Shrimp Salad
Ingredients:
 • 1 pound medium shrimp (cooked, cleaned and peeled)
 • 8 ounces linguini (uncooked, cut in half)
 • 3 C broccoli florets (fresh)
 •  ½ pounds mushrooms (fresh, sliced)
 • 1 / 14 ounce can hearts Artichoke (packed in water, drained and chopped)
 • 12 pieces of cherry tomatoes (must be halved)
  • ½ cup onion (sliced)
¾ Â • c carrot (grated)
 • 1 / 3 c soy sauce (reduced sodium)
 • 1 / 3 canola or olive oil c
 • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 •  ½ teaspoon Hot Pepper sauce
 • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
 • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (must be toasted)
Procedure:
1. Cook the linguini in according to directions on package.
2. Rinse with cold water and drain using.
3. Place in a bowl.
4. Mix broccoli, shrimp, mushrooms, artichokes, carrots, onions and tomatoes.
5. In pitcher, mix together soy sauce, oil, chili sauce, garlic and lemon juice.
6. Shake and put everything on the salad.
7. To coat, mix everything.
8. Cover the salad.
9. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
10. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Servings: This is good for 9 servings.

Where is the Lettuce Seeds?
For example, Sunflower Seeds are in the center of the flower. Corn Seeds are in the corncob. Then where is lettuce seeds in the plant? XD
If you do not pick all the lettuce, leaving a plant to "go seed ', a tall stalk with small flowers grow there. The flowers bloom. Then the flowers get dried out when dry. Cut this part out and put in a bag and shake. The seeds will be released by fluffy flowers.
